30 years of constant evolution
Servitec began operations in 1994 in the electrical and telecommunications installation sector, positioning itself in the industrial sector for its technical approach and rigorous compliance.
In 2018, Deszelle was founded as a firm focused on architectural design and custom construction, with the goal of providing comprehensive solutions from planning to execution.
Currently, both paths converge in Servitec & Partners, a business platform that combines technical expertise, architectural vision, and management capacity to serve high-value projects in corporate, industrial, and residential sectors.
